There are few things in life more painful than being dumped and looking for advice to heal a broken heart. You may have sensed the break to come, or could have come as a surprise for you. The reports are great, but always being dumped is terrible. You feel numb and shocked at first, and as the days go on reality begins to set in. You may just need to say goodbye. But just because your ex does not mean that there can not express their feelings. You can write and throw in the fireplace, talking with your best friend, or just imagine your ex sitting in front of you as you explain your feelings and say goodbye. Whatever helps you, it does. But not to dwell too long your feelings. The past is past, and you want to get through it and move on.

Instead of going out with your significant other, you now have a lot of time to yourself. Why not do something constructive with your spare time? Learn a new skill or take up a new hobby. Make a goal for yourself and stick to it. If you want to know more, learn a new language, exercise, or start training for a sport, now is the perfect time to do so.
