Fixing Broken: 5 Steps

Going through a serious rupture can be emotionally traumatic experience like almost everything that can happen to you in life. If you have recently suffered a tough break, probably in search of answers. Why does this happen? What could I do to avoid it?

I am here to say that, unfortunately, there is no "one size fits all" answer to these questions. This is because the right answers differ from person to person, couple to couple. The history of any romantic relationship is unique because: everyone walks their own winding path. But the answers are what you need if you want to terminate your relationship.

So, what can be done to fix cracks? Here are 5 steps:

1. Get in touch with your needs and wants first

Having a break can make you feel like you got in the emotional equivalent of a traffic accident. You feel a bit 'confused, out of his mind. Dizziness. You want to laugh for a moment, crying the next. Before you can effectively solve your break, you must give a lot 'of time to get in touch with "the real you" again. So how do you get in touch with their needs and desires? Read a favorite novel. Do some journaling. Take some 'walks. Take what you get focused on things that interest you most in life - regardless of the status of your relationship.

2. Decide if he or she is worth to go

Once you feel a little 'sharper focus, it's time to take stock of the situation. Although it is difficult to do, try to look objectively at your relationship. What worked, what did not? Looking back over your relationship, how do you judge the actions of both you and your partner? You were so kind and considerate toward each other? We show each other the respect we all deserve? Before you go setting up a break, you must ensure that the effort would be worth it.

3. Swallow your pride and make the first move

If you decide that fixing the breakup of the recording is the right thing to do, you need to think about the best way to really deal with your ex again. Yes, this may mean swallowing your pride and make the first move. Which is never easy to do, especially if it was your ex who initiated the break. Yet, armed with the right knowledge, your chances are better than you might think to solve your relationship.

4. Do something unexpected to improve your appearance

Before you approach your ex with a view to get back together, do something to improve your appearance. Try a different hairstyle. Start an exercise routine to lose 50-10 pounds. Buy a new outfit or two. Remember, you look into the matter - no matter how well you know and love. Putting a little extra effort into your appearance, you are increasing your chances of success of a meeting with your ex more than you can imagine.

5. Take slow

Once you approach your ex and start a dialogue about your relationship with him or her, be sure to take it slowly. You need to walk before you run. If you move too fast, you risk destroying all that you are working so much.
